At Hand Made Katana, we stand by the craftsmanship of our blades and offer a 30-day return policy for any unused products in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every martial artist and collector is completely satisfied with the balance and quality of their purchase.
Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the katana to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully wrap the blade and scabbard in the original protective materials and place them back into the wooden presentation box or shipping crate to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master smiths inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
